Deep Meditation:
fMRI brain images 13 minutes into a 20 minute meditation. 1.5 minutes of meditation are contrasted with 1.5 minutes of eyes-closed rest before and after meditation. TR 2000 TE 30.

Meditation vs. Daydreaming
Subjects are asked to cycle between resting with eyes closed, daydreaming, and meditation every 30-45seconds for a total of 5 cycles. BOLD epi is collected at TR 2000 TE 30. These brain images show meditation contrasted with daydreaming.
